Had to give 1 ⭐ there wasn't an option for less..... Stay away from here this is the worst place I've ever shopped at and I dont mean just for a carpet, We booked a morning fitting and they turned up at 6pm ?? The carpet was defective but they fitted it and didn't say anything just took the money and left, After numerous phone calls complaining they came back 3 weeks later to fit a new carpet, The same fitter, He scratched 2 newly decorated walls & he cut himself because he left a blood streak down the wall, After complaining again we heard nothing not even an apology from the store.....STAY AWAY

I had bought a runner for my kitchen months ago and was really wanting the same for my back door 🚪 as I was absolutely fed up with cleaning the floor 100 times a day with the horrible weather 🙃 Xx I really hoped i could get the same pattern so Saturday I got r Jack ready and of we went Xx yes they had it with i was so grateful and the price was very low which was a bonus and love how it just makes my kitchen more attractive ❤ X The staff was really pleasant and helpful which is always a plus. I did spot my next room carpet 😉 Which I can't wait to get Xx The Rugs in here are absolutely gorgeous 😍 xx

What ever I have needed I have always got it here, from carpets underlay and cushion floor. If not stocked they have ordered it for me. Staff are Brill and so are the fitters. Great team. Very good prices. Defo recommend them 100%
