£5 for a bottle of red/white wine if you spend £30 on a Wednesday! I have to start my review with the above promotion scheme that this restaurant is doing, because that’s the reason why I chose this place for my family dinner. With the 3 of us, it is really easy to order £30 for our meal to qualify for the promotion. We picked a bottle of red wine (£27 in value). In terms of food, we ordered a small size cheese and ham platter (around £12) and 2 pizzas. As you can see from the picture, the cheese and ham platter looks so nice and yummy, with a lot of nuts and dried fruit. It goes really well with the wine. The pizzas are good with HUGE servings, I like how they have the white base sauce instead of just the normal red sauce. To our surprise, there is no pasta to order from the menu! And the choice of starters is quite limited, consisting mostly of bread items. Normally, if you have already ordered pizzas for main, you wouldn’t still want to have bread for starter right? The food is overall above average, the atmosphere is classy and quiet and the servers are polite. The only downside is that they have very limited menu choices – if you don’t like pizza, there is nothing for you to order.
