Great customer service, particularly as a wheelchair user with a motability van! I called when I arrived and the lovely receptionist came out to me in my vehicle as it was easier than me getting out and waiting. A huge thank you to the mechanic who also came outside (in -1 degrees!) to repair the damage. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
