SCAMMERS!! They overcharge you on your bill and act like it is a mistake when they do it on purpose to get more money off customers and split profits with the other workers. Completely UNETHICAL and not ok. Management could care less because they have not corrected these charges. Watch out for DANNI she is the SCAMMER. Im letting all my family and friends know to avoid this place.

Danni needs to be fired. She charged about £150 pounds for 4 drinks by charging the card 3 times instead of once. After stating she was wrong and overcharging us, she argued with us, doubled down, and threatened to call security on us if we didn’t pay again. She gave her business card and a receipt stating to come back in a few days if all the charges went through and she would refund us. What a bunch of lies. I’m still waiting for a response from her, management, or just anyone that will actually refund MY money! They don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails. I have called literally 50 times daily. Disgusting service and a disgrace of a company.

I have been scammed from one of staff, asking me to pay 3 times when the first payment was accepted already, her name is Danni. I visited be at one in Berkeley square on Sunday, 28th of May 2023. I bought a round of drinks for the total amount of £47.20. After the first payment got accepted on my Apple Pay, she claimed that it did not go through the system and asked me to pay again, when I explained that I payed already as the money were already pending on my bank account, she said that the money would not go through and I had to pay again. This happened again and I ended up paying a 3rd time, being threatened to call the security if I didn’t do so. She left me a business card and the receipt, saying she would refund me the money if all three payments were to be taken from my account. On Tuesday, 30th of May 2023, the money were not pending anymore and all 3 payments were taken. I called every day since then and emailed every day, but no response at all. I cannot go phisically as I am not in the country at the moment. All I want is my money back, otherwise I will have to take legal actions. This is fraud!

me and my colleague wanted a couple of casual drinks after work, we went to be at one because it was one of the only Place open and honestly had a great night. security were really polite. Upstairs staff seemed a little bit grumpy but we went downstairs and the whole vibe was different! There was a dj playing some absolute bangers and the staff downstairs were so much happier. A couple of other customers were being extremely disrespectful to the one of the staff (a white male maybe late 20s). He dealt with it very professionally and even though they were swearing at him he didn’t let that affect him and was extremely nice to me and my friend. Made us our drink and told us to have a great night, and at the end of the night him and his colleague got on the bar and danced and really seemed like they enjoyed their job, even threw some tissues on the dance floor which was really fun and everyone enjoyed and was laughing after. We only wanted a drink but basically ended up in a club and overall had an amazing night.

Last night my friends and I went to Be At One Berkeley Square, we weren't denied entry however security was extremely judgemental saying my friend wasn't dressed 'appropriately.' It clearly wasn't the dress code, and was blatant body shaming directed towards her. The company states that their marketing strategy is "make a guest not a sale" but how is that supposed to happen when you don't even feel welcomed to the venue.
