I hired Andy to do some damp work on a property I just purchased & I was super impressed by his knowledge and expertise, explaining how the building as a _whole_ needs to breathe, taking into consideration cavity wall, air bricks, DPC, external render, type of plaster & paint etc... I felt he knew his stuff and was trustworthy. The work was carried out to a very high standard (exceptional plastering!) & within the quoted time. A good effort was made to clean up. We contacted Be Dri for damp proofing who cleared out the cavitys and put it all back and painted the plinth. Also provided Woodworm trearment to the exposed timber. Excellent service, highly recommended.
