When we were told that our dog Kiko needed hydrotherapy classes, we were really apprehensive as to whether it would work as Kiko hated swimming and would always run the other way! Well, you wouldn't have thought it when she went to her classes with James - from the moment she stepped in to the room he had a super calming effect on her and he even said she was his model patient! She was always so happy after her classes. James was extremely knowledgeable, and the facilities are fantastic. Couldn't recommend Beacroft Referrals highly enough.
