Alan helped me sell my house and he was brilliant. Every week he would check in with the solicitor and give me an update. He often found out more about the progress of the sale than my solicitor. He was more than willing to take calls and answer questions about anything He went above and beyond when he chased and sorted out an issue on his day off, in the run up to Christmas! Moved out 3 weeks ago after 6 years in the property, Matt at Eastleigh branch has been absolutely fantastic with tenancy renewals or any maintenance issues I may have had, The landlords have also been amazing, the only down fall is I’ve not heard anything in 2 weeks with regards to my deposit repayment even after me emailing and calling them.

We were having problems with our estate agents so we swapped to Beals, but they weren't much better. If you like not being contacted until something is late, then having a member of their staff expect you to do it yesterday and have them shout at you, tell lies about what you said and generally stress you out, then Beals is for you. I personally preferred the helpful staff at Sparks Ellison (who we bought through).
