    Absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Don't bother buying from their website because if anything goes wrong they are rude, unhelpful and just ignore you. Or just buy your goods from an actual reputable business. I placed a big order at the end of July and the tracking they used said my order was delivered on 2nd August but it was not. I do not have my order till today!! I was at home the whole day and so was my flatmate and nothing was delivered to me. I even asked my neighbours if maybe they received a parcel for me but they've all said they didn't. I have made a complaint about this to you since you are the people I placed my order with but I was laughed at and told it was not your problem. I have even contacted Royal mail and they have said that YOU NEED TO OPEN A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS SINCE YOU ARE THE ONES THAT USED THIER SERVICE TO SEND MY ORDER. I have said this again and again but it's falling on deaf ears!! You are the worst business I have ever had an experience with. You are very unhelpful and not even trying to help me even though I am your customer, the person I spoke to on the phone literally laughed in my ear like this is a joke. I will a hundred percent get my money back from you!! This is not my problem because I am not the one who sent the parcel so you need to deal with this, either find it or refund me. I will definitely get my money back from you through PayPal because you are absolutely useless and not even interested in helping your customers!! I don't even want the products anymore, I just want my money back. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I am so angry and frustrated about this whole situation and I will not leave you alone untill you refund me my money. You are the absolute worst company ever!
