The staff are not trained whatsoever, do not work to any hygiene standards and lack any form of professionalism. The whole experience from start to finish was horrendous. 3 ladies worked on my feet as they rotated between cutting other clients hair, blow drying hair and threading another clients eyebrows. Pedicure tools were being passed from the lady doing my feet to another without cleaning them. Old nail files were used on my feet (so I would not be surprised if I end up getting toenail fungus from my experience). My nails looked awful after the pedicure. The were completely butchered and looked worse than when I came in (considering I had a pedicure at a salon 2.5 weeks prior). My nails were cut and filed at all different angles and the paint work looked like a five year old had done them. Clearly the ladies have not been trained in how to do a pedicure, nor do I actually think they have been professionally trained any treatments from what I witnessed. I was so upset with the end result let alone having to pay for it! Service: Pedicure
