When they do year maintenance check, they say I need to replace a fire detector which is broken. And they told me cost 277.5 + vat. Then I ask them why is so expensive, they say they got the product from supplier is expensive, too. They can reduce the labor cost for me to 217+ vat. I ask them to bring my broken one back to me. After that, it had no answer until now. And it is more than two weeks. I had installed and use their service for more than 5 years. I do not think it is a responsible company.

Updated the alarm system in my coffee shop with Bell. Dealt with a guy named Dean, made the whole process so easy, no jargon and he explained everything including the pricing for the maintenance over the year. Very pleased with the service he provided from start to finish, would highly recommend Dean and the work done by Bell themselves, very tidy.

When their alarm box is blaring at all hours under your window they say they CAN'T contact the property owner, they CAN'T turn it off or raise a call. Not much point as a security company. I will be pursuing legally because of their damage to the peacable enjoyment of my home.

used bell to service and maintaining my alarm.great prices one of the cheapest. and everyone from the office staff to sales (zander) great guy and service people are all great and helpfull . well worth the money you pay more per month for a mobile phone .when for a small price to keep you home safe . i would totally recommend them always come out if there is a fault nothing is a problem .you dont find many companys like this anymore many thank john
