Berkshire East replaced our Boiler and radiators. Richard provided us a detailed breakdown quote covering all the work that will be carried our and things that will be supplied. Ben who then carried out the work did a sterling job. The standard of work done was to a high standard and and we are extremely happy with it. Ben was very pleasant and patient in explaining how things worked with the new system. He was meticulous, organised and cleaned up once the job was done leaving things in order. Absolutely great to find someone with such great work ethics. From the point of engaging then getting a quote through to work completion, Berkshire East was very professional and considerate. They recommended valuable inputs and suggestions on what will be the best options for our Boiler system and how best it is fitted and am very happy to recommend their services to anyone. Absolute hero. Went above and beyond to try and identify and fix the issue when our boiler wouldn’t turn on Boxing Day morning 2020. Finding a plumber is hard. Find ones that are good at what they do, conscientious, polite, tidy and turn up when they say they are going to is almost impossible. These guys are all of the above. Cost was competitive with no hidden extras. Can not recommend them enough!!
