Our experience with Berkshire's Big Red Bus Company, from start to finish, could not have been more seamless. We loved getting to meet Mitch and view the buses in person beforehand! We had the pleasure of having Beata and Emma as our driver and conductor - and they were absolutely wonderful…and so talented - our church was at the end of a very narrow road and the bus was parked and turned and maneuvered multiple times throughout the day perfectly! The bus was a huge hit with our guests - half of which were American, so we wanted the true double decker experience…and Berkshire's Big Red Bus Company more than delivered! We knew our guests’ safety was at the forefront of everything and appreciated how well taken care of everyone was while being transported to and from the church and our venue. I used Mitch and the big red bus company for a school prom last week and also in 2019 and both times have been fantastic! The communication while booking and before the event was brilliant and they are so accommodating when it came to changing the collection points etc. On the day Mitch and his team were great with the students, the bus looked lovely and they all had such a good time getting to and from prom. All i can say is WOW this company provided nothing but an outstanding service. I used berkshires big red bus company for our wedding and they did not let us down. From the get go the communication was outstanding down to the finest detail, they turned up the morning of the wedding early but this was just to make sure the bus was with us on time to get us to the church on time. This also gave the bridal party a chance to have photos taken with the bus. We had two young children with us and the staff made sure they also got the full experience including sitting in the drivers seat. The bus itself looked beautiful and alot of work had been made to make it look 'wedding ready' Getting us to the church went very smoothly and after the marriage the bus drive was more than happy to wait for us to get the pictures needed. The drive and his son always had a smile on there face and seemed to enjoy the day with us. I couldnt recommend this company enough!

Mitch gave top class service throughout for our son’s wedding. Despite contacting him at short notice and being under Covid regulations everything was sorted to perfection. He liaised at all times, checked the route and recommended the bus we should have for our narrow lanes and overhanging trees! He was always helpful with a can do attitude. On the day he arrived in good time and it all went like clockwork despite our challenging itinerary ! The ride on the open top to the reception was one of the highlights of the day. Mitch and company did everything in their power to make our day special, give us as close to “normal” as possible while keeping everyone safe, and made sure we had a blast!
