We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Alma Terrace. The property is very comfortable, immaculately clean and quality bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and the supply of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was most welcome. A guest folder contains lots of useful information about the area, as well as restaurant recommendations. Free parking is a bonus and it’s a lovely stroll, along the riverbank, to the centre of York. The hosts were very communicative and have gone the extra mile with their thoughtful touches to make this a real ‘home from home’. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Alma Terrace house.... Everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Alma Terrace is clean, warm, and inviting. Easy a 2-minute walk to the riverside where you can enjoy walking over the Millennium Bridge or even walk into the centre of York. If you are thinking of taking a holiday in this wonderful city, Alma Terrace would fit the bill perfectly.

We were very happy with our stay at Alma York, the property was tastefully decorated / fitted out to a high standard. It was clean, warm and welcoming, with a great variety of staples (tea, coffee etc) on hand. The location was ideal, easy access on arrival, and a short walk into town. Close to the property you’ve got cafes, pubs and a Sainsburys local. Our host was friendly and ready to offer help if needed. Would stay at Alma York again without hesitation.
