    It is a good location to consider if you are looking for somewhere to stay before going to Wembley. The tube is ten minutes walk and then 25 minutes journey. That and the free parking are this hotel's main attributes. The lack of any evening food offer, an overprices breakfast and dated rooms/public spaces let it down.

    The accommodations were afflicted with a pervasive damp odor, rendering them unsuitable for habitation. Regrettably, despite notifying the hotel staff of the issue, no resolution could be found, forcing us to vacate the premises at 11pm, a mere hour after checking in. Subsequently, I contacted the hotel the following day to request a refund, and spoke with Massimo(general manager), who could not detect any malodorous emanations in the room (as one would expect). It is crucial that your personnel receive training in how to effectively manage such situations with tact and diplomacy, rather than resorting to conflict. I will be taking this further and ensuring I get a refund.

    Good Value for money if booking is done in advance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lounge area in hallway. Good for work when traveling. Place feel safe, with reasonable security. Well located with good access to all places around Watford Hertfordshire that one may want to visit for any reason leisure or investigation for investment.
