Friendly, professional, quick service at a very reasonable price. Excellent range of quality products available. I'm pretty new to cycling, bought a second-hand bike and brought it to this place. Chris spent so much time giving me loads of great advice and helping me get set up. Dropped my bike off in the morning and he had it serviced and road-ready by lunch time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Cycled away very happy!

I phoned this place because I had bought a peleton and the riding position was causing great pain. The guy on the phone was amazingly helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about posture and bike seats. When I go to buy another bike, I will definitely be coming here. He spent a good deal of time dealing with my questions.

Chris is a bike fitting ninja!! I love cycling, but I fell out of love with it due to having bought a bike that was giving me very severe back pain and also had very wide handle bars and was uncomfortable to ride. Chris spent more than 3 hours with me, and explained all different components of the bike and of the fitting process - his knowledge is beyond anyone I have met, and not only that, he was patient and friendly and answered all the questions I had. I left with an excellent fitted bike but also with a mini lesson in bike geometry. In the end we fitted a new handlebars, new seat, and adjusted both the saddle and the angle of the bars and now I LOVE cycling on my bike. It's just like having a new bike! I had such a great experience there that I would like to recommend Bike Craft and the bike fitting service to anyone who reads this. Absolutely worth the price.

First time using these guys for a service on my bike and I was very impressed. Easy to book online and the cost for the work was very good. Staff were really friendly as well. Will definitely be going back again! Updated Feb 2023: The review above was for their Ocean Terminal branch which sadly is no more. However, the great service continues at Cameron Toll. Easily the best bike repair / service offering in Edinburgh.
