Binks Balustrades have just fitted external glass balustrades to our front terrace and stainless steel handrails up our front and back steps. This was pretty much the final step in a 4 year building project, and of all the suppliers and tradesman that we have dealt with I can honestly say that James was absolutely the best - completely up front and honest about what was needed and whether extra costs were worth it, ultra-responsive, completely reliable and really friendly and easy to deal with. I'd recommend him and the Binks Balustrades team to anyone and everyone - it's just so refreshing to find a good, honest business like this! I had wanted a glass banister for a few years but they were way out of my price range. I had messed several companies but Binks was the only one that responded with genuine support for my query. After explaining what I was wanting, James created several quotes that I could review and found the perfect design that not only could I afford, but also loved. The service was amazing from steat to finish, extremely professionally and they always respected that their work zone was also my home. Communication was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any glass or metal banister or surround.

We have just taken delivery of our made to measure toughened laminated glass for the window in our pond. From start to finish the process was very efficient and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening with my order. James and his team installed glass balustrades to two internal staircases for me. From the initial visit to the very end everything was very professional. Having dealt with a lot of trades people recently working with James was a breath of fresh air, if I wasn't available on site I knew that everything was in safe hands and I would be contacted if any decisions needed to be made. We knew from the start that a certain part of the job would be difficult, James dealt with this in a professional and relaxed manner- unlike a lot of trade people these days. Nothing was too much trouble, the job was completed quickly, and the house left immaculate. The finished product is amazing!

I 100% recommend Binks Balustrades. They installed a balustrade around a roof terrace that I have. It only took 3 visits and it was completed. Great value for money and really professional.
