My little boy has loved the Sunday class at St Michaels Mead. A great start to the day for a very energetic little boy! The coaches are great at engaging with the children and pinpointing those that lose focus praising their progress every step of the way. A great find and a great start to martial arts for children.

Tyler and Sam are brilliant in class. My two started a couple lessons late with the dragons (9+) but have settled in really well and have already achieved their yellow belts. They are both really friendly, but still with an authoritative feel, so all the kids have fun but also learn some vital skills that I hope will continue for many years to go. I might even learn some skills myself as we get to watch them develop each lesson. Thanks 🙏 Ben
