Worked here for nearly 4 years and have slowly seen the standards slip. Building security seems to be totally nonexistent as you can walk right in, use the lift or propped open doors to access any floor. There is supposed to be key-fob access but this is often broken and doors are instead propped open or simply aren't locked - right in the heart of Piccadilly gardens above Wetherspoons, this is probably a lot riskier than other parts of the city. This has an unintended benefit of our customers being able to come directly to our office, rather than have to deal with the unwelcoming building staff. Previously, the staff were excellent but they have all left and been replaced by staff who don't seem to care. Packages that you ask to be dispatched same or next day can sit for up to a week without any notification from the staff that they're still there. Their attitude is often disinterested since you have dragged them away from scrolling Instagram on their phone. Calling the building off site, you often get the control room who say they will relay messages to the building staff but either never do, or the building staff simply can't be bothered. Out of hours it's impossible to call the building itself or anyone local to help you, you have to call an off-site control room who are not very helpful at all. Office bins are often emptied daily but, unless you specifically ask for it, the offices are never hoovered or dusted. Windows I think I've only ever seen cleaned once in 4 years. Anything broken you need to repeatedly pester the building staff to fix or correct it. The shared bathroom facilities can often sit, dirty or broken for weeks, meaning you have to go to other floors in search of a clean, working toilet. Further to this, there seems to be no recycling initiative in this building whatsoever. In this day and age this seems incredibly out of touch. Lifts are often out of service and overall the building is not great for disabled access, with anyone disabled having to go to the back alley to get access to the building but - of course - not if the lift is broken. Again, out of touch. There was a big redecoration of the ground and first floors (which, admittedly, is very nice) but the upper floors remain their old, shabby selves. Just improving the service would make up for these shortcomings, but with rent in the city now becoming very competitive, why not ask for more.

I am so glad I found No.49 Piccadilly as a space for my massage business. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and friendly and will always go to great lengths to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. The space is perfect for what I need and whether you just need an office space or you want to convert it to something else to suit your business, the team here are really open to making it work for you. It is centrally located near Piccadilly Gardens and the Northern Quarter so it is in the perfect spot regardless of where you or your clients are coming from. The recent refurbishments are gorgeous as well and all my clients always comment on how beautiful the space is, especially the entrance.

I've have been at Bizhub for a few weeks and I'm sad to be leaving. However with my time here the reception team debs and Zoe have been fantastic. No task is too small, they are very efficient and polite. The facilities are kept clean and well presented. There is regular maintenance (name of Carl he is very funny) for anything that needs to be moved moved fixed.
