If you are a small business thinking about saving a little money by using these guys then don't bother! Pay the extra £20 and use someone else. Very poor communication. No contact after placing the order (not even a confirmation email to say they had it) and they ignored my 2 emails to check they had received my order. When I called (after a week) I was told they did have my order and I would receive a proof the following Monday (I called on a Thursday morning) this didn't arrive. Called on the Tuesday to chase and the proof was sent shortly after. Order produced and shipped quite quickly after that and received on the Friday. However, I was unhappy with the logo as firstly it is really big (3" diameter circle) and the quality is not great as its a bit rough around the edges and a line I have running around it doesn't sit straight (it did on the proof). The proof didn't have any dimensions on and I didn't check on the size so that is one for me to remember in the future. I emailed again, twice now, asking if anything can be done and they just ignore me. I will not be wasting any more of my time on them and I am getting them done again elsewhere. I think it is very much a case of you get what you pay for. If there is not a picture below then I will add one soon. Will do a comparison of theirs vs the replacements. One final thing of note regarding the three 5* reviews here. Richard Firth is the majority shareholder and Director of the company, he is also a shareholder and director of A Field Transport!!
