Karen really helped me find my perfect wedding dress! Not only is she fantastic with all of her knowledge and help with my dress, but she is one of the most sweetest and kindest ladies I had the pleasure on helping me with my big day. Lucy the seamstress is also really lovely and helped make all the perfect final touches to my dress. I know Karen also has a cute boutique shop near her bridal shop with some very chic and gorgeous occasion dresses, she will be first on my list to go to events in the future! My one star review is associated with customer service. I ordered a £535 dress, it came in a cardboard box that had got wet and the dress was wet on arrival. I informed Blessings incase there were on going issues. I would expect the dress to be in waterproof wrapping as a minimum when the contents are high value. When prompted I received a dress bag in the post. The apologies were weak and full of excuses. Emails were ignored. It was very upsetting I have never spent this amount of money on a dress before. I am sure Blessings will be quick to respond with the fact they eventually, begrudgingly gave me a 5% refund. I have never felt she was truly understanding. Perhaps the dresses are just money to her.

I had the most fantastic time at Blessings Bridal, the wonderful Karen was looking after us and she was very flexible regarding timings for my appointments (I was going from far away). I asked to try on a particular dress, it was ready and waiting for me and we were the only people in the shop. Karen was enthusiastic, welcoming and absolutely lovely, she was able to explain all things about the seamstress and getting the dress ready for my wedding day. Karen urged me to try on a veil and I was apprehensive and I thought I wouldn’t want one. However, I was very wrong. It completely changed the look. I am so glad I had the wonderful Karen looking after us. I felt very relaxed and excited while at Blessings. I definitely recommend it to everyone! Definitely go here ! They have a brilliant selection and parking was very easy.

I am about to be the mother of the bride and thought I had my outfit but realised at the last minute that the hat I had just didn’t quite go or look ‘right’. Wasn’t sure if I needed to change my dress or the hat so I brought everything to the shop and explained my dilemma to the lovely Blessings staff. 30 mins later I had a beautiful new hat which perfectly matched everything and brought my outfit together beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with today. I just called in to the shop to see the Inspirato dresses that they stocked. Karen and Sylvia were so helpful in showing me around, and then I was left to browse in my own time through the selection of designers. I ticked all the boxes that I had feared would take weeks to achieve, feel so pleased with my fully co-ordinated purchase and I am now even more excited about my daughters wedding.
