When purchasing a luxury and expensive pre-owned watch, you approach all watch dealers with caution, or at least I do. Well I was completely put at ease and full of confidence when purchasing from these guys. Mark's communication was spot on, always on hand and available day and night, and weekends too! The turn-around from payment to watch being received was super quick and efficient, always keeping me in the loop on the progress too. And I absolutely love the watch, thank you Mark and Maria!
