Bluebird care Colchester and Tendring it is the best company you can work for especially in these times of uncertainty when you don't know if you will have a job tomorrow. We worked during Covid. We work on sunny days, on rainy days, anytime, nothing can keep up home. Customers come and go but there was always plenty of work to do at this company as I have chosen to stay with them for over 5 years now. It is a wonderful work environment, it is secure place of work and provides equipment and training at any level. You just need energy to earn some good money.

I first started with bluebird care 9 years ago and I haven’t looked back! I have felt supported not only from my fellow carers but from the office staff too. We have regular training to keep us up to date and if we find an area of care that we are particularly interested in there is always an option of increasing our skills with up to date training courses. The care that we provide our customers is always of a very high standard and person centred. I look forward to coming to work each day.

I have worked as part of the Bluebird care team for almost 12years and I couldn’t recommend us highly enough. For me working at bluebird is more than just a care job it’s a way of life. We support customers and their families at some of the most difficult times of their life’s. I feel very privileged to be in a position to be able to support and care for people within their own homes including palliative care. We have supportive colleagues and approachable friendly office staff always at the end of the phone. We have regular training in all areas of care to ensure confidence within the team. At bluebird person centred care is always a priority. I really love coming to work each day.
