Number 14 Early morning (25.05.2023 )...The bus driver did not stop at the Bitternie bus stop..., I will add that he was going very fast...He saw me, he saw other people, he just drove past...This is ridiculous and let me add that this bus does not run too often, so you have to wait a very long time for the next one...If you are in a hurry to work, especially at 6 o'clock in the morning, just be careful because service at this time of the day it's just really bad.

Nice services but the only reason I put three stars is because I hate the buses that go on the 19. They are so loud and dirty and once it was at least half an hour late but I have to be grateful because that is the only bus service around me

I dont understand why if you have big car park at the site still at 6am you parking the buses on the Bishopstoke road and blocking the traffic. Also stopping for shopping at texaco petrol station on Southampton road again blocking the traffic!!! Please stop doing this. You're not the only drivers here. Respect others.

This company has no idea about customer service. Now citybus has gone the drivers don't give a toss. Just had a driver wave at me and drive off even though I was at the stop before he had moved off.. Number 16 at civic center Southampton heading towards bitterne. We need another company to show these clowns what customer service is
