Jo absolutely blew me away! It was my first hot stone massage and I usually find it hard to switch off during massages. Jo made me feel so looked after and altered the pressure of the massage perfectly. The 30 mins felt so long and I will definitely be booking again. Could not recommend Jo enough.

Going to see Jo for a massage is just the most amazing experience. The room is always so perfectly set, the towels are always warm - her attention to detail from start to finish is absolutely amazing. I always book for a full body massage to relax and de-stress and Jo is so thorough in making sure everything is perfect and I am happy. Really impressed by my first massage with Jo. She took time & care over the treatment and it felt very personalised. She noticed areas of tension and worked hard to loosen them, always checking in to see how I was feeling. The massage was bought for me as a present and I didn’t know anything about Jo beforehand. During the massage I could just tell she worked in a really intuitive way - it was a really unique & individualised massage - she felt very ‘in tune’ with how my body was feeling and what it needed. When I later found out she was a reiki master and energy healer I wasn’t surprised - you can tell she is talented at working with clients in a holistic, attuned way (as opposed to proving a generic massage)

I have experienced both a sports and a spiritual massage by Jo and absolutely loved both. For the sports massage Jo applied the necessary pressure and techniques to get rid of my lower back pain also offering exercises to strengthen my back. The spiritual massage was extremely relaxing, completely putting me in zen mode and I would like to highlight that Jo is extremely intuitive. Jo has a fantastic aptitude for healing, makes you feel at ease straight away with her warm and friendly personality - I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have had 2 pregnancy full body massages, some lymphatic drainage and reflexology and after the sessions, all the aches and pains have gone. Jo is an amazing therapist and is really flexible in how she can massage depending on how you feel and she is really intune with your mood for that day. She has loads of great essential oils even frangipani a rare floral oil which I highly recommend a tropical flower that grows in bali - even better than ylang ylang - and she ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT massage with fake petroleum oil like many therapist these days use. one way to describe her massage technique is that she has the hands of a messiah - and even that's an understatement. If you are ready sore and stiff particular in neck and shoulders you must get the planing as it will remove this practically in one session. It's intense really deep targeted massaging that even most physios wouldn't be able to do.
