My 11 year old grandaughter wanted her ears piercing but has she'd never had a piercing before she was quite anxious and apprehensive for a couple of weeks beforehand. When I explained this to Lucii she was brilliant at making my grandaughter feel relaxed and more at ease and now my grandaughter loves her piercings and can't wait to return back for more.
