I damaged my bohemian crystal chandelier and was devastated. I tried to source replacement parts myself and hit a blank wall everytime until I spoke to Shereen. She was fantastic, she kept in touch and within days had sourced what I needed. A few weeks later my required parts arrived and now my chandelier looks as good as new again. Very high quality chandeliers, price varying according to budget. The light refraction is very beautiful! We ordered 4x of the Farrah range in 8-8-5-3 and they are stunning. A small number of spare parts were included and they quickly dispatched a couple of replacements (for free) to replace a couple of flutes that got damaged in the post. There were no damages to the crystal parts. Business service was excellent, and very swift and responsive. I feel like I can call again any time with questions or comments.

Bohemian China and Glass ultimately have the best quality crystal chandeliers. Their crystals sparkle and are beautifully cut. We checked other competitor businesses but the crystals lacked quality. We purchased a large chandelier, three small chandeliers and ten side lights. Their customer service was excellent. I would advise anyone who wants to purchase crystal lighting to check this place out before spending money anywhere else as they are specialists in Crystal Chandeliers for 20 years. Dont spend your money anywhere else until you check this place out. You will understand what I mean by quality of crystals once you compare their crystals to others.
