Terrible Service. Pros: - easy to register with them cons: - can't make an appoinment as their "phone queue is always full" even at 8am. on the dot. -ridiculous staff who couldn't care less about the patients - mental health services are poor. I wouldn't bother. - tells you to make a GP appointment at 8 but can't email or even walk in. - terrible service overall

Nurse towhig at borough road,is very rude and impulsive . Not willing to hear patients problem in detail.Not able to give a solution for the persiting health issues. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to her . No professionalism, inappropriate use of body language.

I called. Took long so dialled 0 for a call back. Had a call and had a lady on the phone who's not nice. I wanted to reschedule my appointment and she was just quiet and I thought right she's looking to see if there's any next available appointments. So waited for her response and she didn't seem like she's bothered as she said 'I'm looking into December and I see nothing' and then she hung up on me...Rude. So I called again dialled 0 again, waited and had a call but this time had a different lady and was a nice one this time. Asked me questions and managed to rearrange my appointment. She was willing to help. We want every staff to be nice please. Not like the first lady whoever it was who doesnt care and put the phone down on me.

The doctors at this practise go above and beyond. Inparticular Dr Hough and Dr Geldart. I dread them retiring they are the epitome of what a doctor should be. They are first class and above.

Cant really fault them, been with them for 6 years now. Theyve always been decent with myself and my baby. Like most doctors it can be difficult to get a face to face appointment but they do offer telephone appointments and if you require a face to face after that the doctor/nurse books you in. The only negative i really have is some staff do lack understanding on mental illnesses however i think this is a common problem. The surgery itself is clean and well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. Always get my prescription ready to pick up within 2 days of requesting

Been with this practice (Nunthorpe) for years. sadly not the place it used to be. Impossible to speak to someone or get an appointment when you need it. (the Covid excuse is getting boring now). Everything pushed towards DIY online. Lets hope the new surgery is fit for purpose.
