    V friendly and helpful team but both times I've been recently they've been v low on certain drinks so the choice was really limited and inside needs something to warm things up and make it feel more inviting especially when it's not busy. It wouldn't take much. A few candles, plants or flowers and some background music are all small additions that would make a huge difference.

    I like this place. The manager is very friendly and welcoming and the ale is always kept well. But I changed pubs recently. They stopped putting candles out. Suddenly the place had the look and feel of a dentists waiting room. However, the candles are back and so am I. It looks really cosy and inviting once more.
