I am extremely dissatisfied with the practice but am unable to contact anyone at any time when I am free i.e. before I leave for work, over lunch hour, or after work. I have therefore had to use the Patient Access system to request changes to my medication, which as a Type 1 Diabetic are extremely important, but nobody from the surgery ever responds to let me know whether or not they will be changing my script/reorder options and it is only when I manage to get to the pharmacy that I found out whether or not my medication has even been requested!

I am aware of the frustrations with trying to contact the surgery by phone. I have encountered the same long waiting times but fully understand the pressure on the receptionists especially if they have a patient with a long winded enquiry. However, Klinik works extremely well and I have aways had an excellent, timely and appropriate response from this service. Equally, visiting the surgery and speaking to receptionist have been a good experiences.
