EDIT : They have phoned now, and the mix up with an email going into spam, so they had in fact replied. I just wish perhaps they had returned my calls, as it would have prevented any mix ups in communication. I have phoned twice, emailed three times to view a property, that I assume they would like to rent seeing as it's being advertised. I have been promised calls back, but nothing. No reply to emails. My last email actually pleaded with them for a reply as I am extremely keen on this property, and nothing, not a peep ! When you advertise a property on Rightmove, it is likely that people may want to view it, and therefore not replying to a genuine potential tenant looking for a property is really unprofessional. In retrospect, this may be a blessing, as if this is how you conduct business, then I really don't think I would want you as my landlord, shame. You really need to take some more pride in your company
