Repair was slow, as it was an insurance claim, they made several excuses as to why my car was not repaired in good time. They were making cash on the courtesy car. At one point they even told me my car had failed the Mot. Repair failed, went back in,, Car returned quickly, front wheel has been kerbed, and door badged not replaced, currently sitting in the door pocket. I don't think I will ever return. Had my truck repaired here and got them to do some additional work. I am very happy with the repair work they had done for the insurance company but far from happy with the private work I had done whilst they had it i.e. all the mirrors colour coded they missed one. Several scratches to be painted which they missed all of them. A repair to the rear mudguard not done but charged for. Wing tops painted which I didn't want done as I drop and pick up trailers everyday. The mirror glass was broken by them and charged me for it. I've phoned several times emailed as well informing them of my dissatisfaction but no one has replied. It seems that once you pay for the work they don't care.

What a great experience I have had with BP Rolls. My van was involved in a accident on the A303 just by the slip road for Andover. The great level of care to my van by all concerned was 1st class. Since the front end was totally rebuilt on my van, I have had BP Rolls to put a bullbar on my vehicle too.
