What a wonderful shop. Me and my mum went here in February for my wedding dress. Brenda was wonderful as was her husband. All the dresses here are ready to buy. I tried on 3 dresses and the last was the one I decided on. Its absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to wear it later this year.

Went in to get my dress of my dreams..was very helpful at first...put deposit on my dress and was happy...Then got phone call telling me I need to make payment..I went in made payment...didnt hear from brenda for months as I'd been I'll as I have heart condition as paul and brenda had been told....went back in few months later as was recovering from hospital treatment and changed my date as wasnt well enough to get wed...brenda was really nice about it and we went ahead and prepared my dress....few weeks later got letter saying my dress had been put back in stock....lost my money and never heard from them again after leaving messages....DISGUSTING...Never use this company again

The first experience in the shop is great, Brenda is extremely helpful when picking out a dress. I have since then not had such a good experience due to sizing issues with my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I feel whenever I email I am always receiving a defensive email back. I spent a lot of money and have been left feeling disappointed and like I was not valued as a customer. I would personally not recommend going here and go somewhere else.
