Three stars. Five stars for previous trips, one star for a cancelled trip. My 84 year old mother in law booked a holiday and paid hundreds of pounds by card over the phone. The holiday was cancelled due to the pandemic and she was reimbursed by cheque. During lockdown. Poor. I eventually managed to pay the cheque in at a bank some time later.
