I ordered food from them and found it very bland. I had some sort of meat in a bagel and made me feel a bit sick. Staff were not very friendly, and one female member was particularly rude and unwelcoming. I had only sat at the table for 5 minutes, and she came marching over and rudely told me to move. The place wasn't even that busy, nor was there any demand for seats. I was waiting for my mother to arrive and wanted to order drinks after that, but she was so rude that I would never go to such an unwelcoming place again for mediocre food and rude service. I did order food from you actually via just eat and it was terrible. I had the pastrami bagel and my daughter had the cream cheese and salmon bagel so you are wrong there, I was reviewing what I had. I didn't have a man with me but my mother. Why would I waste my time on tic tok? I was sitting at that table crying when you asked me to move if you had not got your head so far up your.... you might have noticed and had some compassion instead of asking me to move from a table there was no demand for.

Salt beef bagel was good, with a healthy portion of salt beef. The smoked salmon bagel was however slightly underwhelming considering they’re a bagel company. It was quite stale & the portion of salmon was rather small. The young girls working there were lovely but not sure I got the mans humour… would return but probably only for the salt beef!
