I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the service I received at this pharmacy. As a loyal customer, I have consistently encountered a lack of available pharmacists to attend to patients. This morning, despite being the first to arrive and waiting patiently outside before your opening hours, I was compelled to wait for an extended period of 20 minutes to receive assistance. This delay was further exacerbated by the pharmacist's late arrival, and due to a scheduled morning meeting, I had no choice but to leave without being able to speak with the pharmacist. Such a level of service is entirely unacceptable and fails to meet the expectations I have as a valued customer.
