My experience at Brillen was not brilliant. The staff were friendly but some improvements can be made. My health check and eye test were uncomfortable. During the health check I had to bend over, why not have a height adjustable seat? I also had to call them, waiting for almost a month, to arrange the health check when the email I received told me they'll contact me to arrange an appointment.

So pleased with the marvellous service. Efficient and friendly. I felt so at ease. So pleased with the new glasses. Such a good experience. So different to past times at other opticians. No names mentioned. My daughter who has lived in Germany for over 20 was most impressed. She’s used the German counterpart. She told me that Brillen means glasses and it comes from the gemstone perille (beryl) which was used to grind the first lenses. Keep up the good service. Well done.
