Horrible service! Cannot keep their word. I came in to sell an engagement ring, and after carful looking they gave me a price of 2500£ and we verbally agreed and I was halfway filling the form to sell the ring. The person I was dealing with came back and said he can’t pay me 2500£ anymore and cancelled the payment and instead offered me 2100£, because apparently they made mistake. When the deal is done it is done! and as business people they should stand by their word and over 400£ they cancelled the deal instead keeping their word as a buyer and be stand on. These people are not stand on and have no principles. Disappointed!
