Hired a huge LWB through these guys for 3 days to move 2 houses. Unbelievable service! Quick handover, great instructions and super friendly customer interaction. Have absolutely no idea how you can’t give them 5 stars. Will 100% use them again - as soon as the start of next week! No one better, book with this team, you WON’T be disappointed!

We hired a van for a day and only drove 15 miles. At the end of the day we went to refuel. The garage we used said only a minimum of 2 litres, so couldn’t fill up anymore. Js can hire charged us a standard 25 pounds charge, plus the fuel, which they say was 10 pounds (really?). So 35 pounds for 15 miles. Cracking.

If I could give zero stars I would. Accusing us of damaging the car which never happened - told us about the damage 3 days later and kept our deposit, refusing to tell us what time/day they noticed the damage. Be warned.
