What an absolute shambles of an operation. Ordered lots of hardwood in May. Firstly oak was delivered when it should have been ash. Sent out a replacement which was late by a day. On a totally different order we specifically ordered minimum lengths of 2850 and was sent 2700 long. Although the m3 had been confirmed in an email at around £2150 per m2 i subsequently found out after i had paid the total that in fact a "lump sum" price had been charged at £2400. Moving on to the incorrect length of oak, this was collected and correct length of stock sent out, which i paid for and was told the collected stock would be credited. After about a million emails and banging my head against a brick wall a few times, i finally spoke to someone in September who almost convinced me had the motivation to sort my refund out. Sadly it was not to be and now its November i am compelled to write this disappointing review. And if you have the sorry misfortune to deal with Colin, good luck to you ...... i would personally find a local supplier. It will save you time in the long run. And the fact i have to leave 1 x star adds insult to injury
