A lovely team of ladies at the agency, but overall disappointed with the year of representation at Bruce and Brown. I paid for annual shoots within a month or so of being with them and the pictures were (in my opinion and as I discussed with the bookers at the time) not very professional at all. Within a week of being with a new agency, my boys have had a job and have a great set of photos from the new signings day (there were no charge for these). This comment isn't to deter you from the agency, as every experience will be different, however, I wouldn't waste money on the photo day, (unless already with the agency, as I got the impression more time was taken with existing models) I would suggest sourcing your own photographer. * I would like to add; They did actually take a few test shots at the initial appointment, but I didn't get to see them. In hindsight, I should have enquired about seeing these before paying for x2 sessions with the photographer which cost £320 - alot of money.

Nothing but 5 star all the way ! My daughter and son are both represented by Bruce & Brown, and have been for almost 4 years now. I have nothing other than praise and positive feedback to share. Kim, Holly & Sophie are exceptional communicators and have gone over and beyond with answering my (ongoing) questions. From a mother who knows nothing about this industry, the B & B team have guided me and my children every step of the way. Thank you team ;-)

We have been with Bruce & Brown for some time now and have nothing but respect for this agency. The ladies are so friendly and polite. Their communication is amazing and they always respond so quickly and concisely to any messages we've sent. We have had great opportunities working with fantastic brands and any time we have been to their head office we have always been welcomed with a smile and a box of toys for the children to play with. Can I also add that when you do go to their office, not 1 but all the staff members welcome you and come over to greet you and your children.
