I needed a part for my Fender Precision on a thursday, and after looking high and low, BTN happened to have the part in question instock (last 1). I called through and spoke to Alex who was extremely helpful. The part was ordered and despatched same day and arrived before Lunchtime the friday after and allowed me to fit it in time for a show on friday evening. Great service, reasonable pricing all conducted in a professional manner. Would have no hesitation recommending and next time I have a requirement they will be my first port of call. 5/5.
