Appalling!! Picked my two dogs up and they clearly hadn't been fed!!! You can see their ribs and spine!! They have sores on their mouths and unnoticed they didn't have any water, both when I took the second dog in whilst the first had already been there a week and also when collecting them. They both still have a sore throat. I've never been so angry in all my life that I trusted these people with my animals and this is how they get treated?! The poor things are terrified and still not themselves 3 days on. The price is ridiculous for what it is, the cattery stinks and is very dirty, my grandma also left her cat with them for two weeks and she could feel his spine a lot more than usual. She didn't say anything, just went into the office and that was that. I have started to take this further so no other dogs are treated like this!
