I’ve been wanting to order from here for a wile but I’ve been putting it off , OMG it’s amazing !! If they had given the opportunity to give 4 and a half stars I would …. The only reason it wouldn’t get a 5 star was due to the chips not being crunchy due to it being a takeaway and not served at the table so they lost there crunch , but the chicken wings and boneless chicken thighs are a 10/10 and the burger also 100/10 they would run 5 guys out of business if more people new. 👍👍👍👍 this is my new go to takeaway

Ordered from Uber eats waited 1 hour 30mm a when it said 25-45 mins. Kept trying to get an update but the restaurant number on Uber eats goes to some gentleman who said not to call him and call bar 21!!! Terrible service

Placed an order for collection for 2 burgers and sharing nachos. Nothing to complain about the service and speed but the quality of the food was poor. The burgers were nothing special for the price and the nachos were awful. We’d gone for nachos with chicken and bacon, the chicken had gristle in most bites as well as 2 chunks of skin/off cut which were vile. The nachos themself were also thick and powdery and not pleasant. Ended up binning them which was a shame! Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Won’t be using deliveroo anymore, food was cold & inedible. As for BR&W used to be great at duke st ( Ipswich ) but the quality is absolutely terrible now - not to mention my order was not full - missing £11.95 Ribs - called up & they gave me lip service - blagged me off & I never got my Ribs - Nah

Disgusting!! Took 1 hour to arrive , I ordered dirty fries, it was just a pile of soggy mess and tasted horrible!! Tried calling to get my money back but no one answered and then they turned there phone off. Do not go there!!!!

Ordered via Uber eats and, despite paying for priority delivery, food was cold and fries were a soggy mess. Awful packaging for fries, they didn’t stand a chance. Chicken tenders were disgusting, suspect they were frozen from a supermarket. Buffalo chicken thighs were dry AF. The £3.99 cheeseburger, however, was excellent. Go figure. Uber eats not responding to complaint, maybe BW&R will.
