I stayed here for a while, during my visit to the UK. I had a well equipped apartment and the WiFi worked mostly very well. It has a nice roof terrace. On the weekend it can become a little bit louder. Outside there are a lot of bars and inside sometimes people rent an apartment to start a party. But there is a security who stops those after a while. Anyway the best way to handle this, is to go out yourself. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Also the central station is close, if you want to go somewhere.

I really like the Burne Jones apartments, although some of the rooms are in need of a bit of love. It couldn't be more central, though this comes with drawbacks as the bars and restaurants that share the building empty bottle bins in the small hours. The rooms are comfortable without being flashy, and if you'reregularly in Birmingham on business they make a cosier place to stay than a traditional hotel.
