Absolutely love this place. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Love the head massage with every hair wash. I had the lovely Ruby, this time round, who is a junior stylist. This young lady cut and styled my hair exactly the way I described! Can't recommend her enough.

Really disappointed with my gel polish on my hands. Started to chip after a week and by the time I got back from my holiday and got into the salon to show them I was on day 10 and 8 of my nails had chipped and the polish was starting to lift (my point being, my 8 nails wouldnt of chipped/lifted on day 10, this had clearly been happening over the last few days) . They told me the gel polish should last atleast two weeks. I've had gel polish many times before (elsewhere) and it has lasted weeks. They took the remaining polish off free of charge and offered 50% off re-doing my hands. After already paying £31 for my hands I didn't think it was fair to then pay another £15 when they hadn't even lasted a week. Staff were lovely and it had a lovely feel to it, I'm just gutted the quality wasn't great and it wasn't rectified fairly. Service: Gel manicures
