Have never seen the same person twice. Have had 2 serious suicide attempts and not a thing. I phones 4x a day to get a letter sent to my gp so the meds they have me could be prescribed, it nearly sent me over the edge. Talking to one receptionist then another, with no communication in between. I was told when I finally got it sorted that I needed to take responsibility for my own medication!!!!!

I’ve found the support here excellent. Initially it was tough to get going with help as I had to change support workers and there was a long wait. However once it got going they’ve been amazing, Ashley my support worker was so kind and helpful, and has taught me a lot of great coping strategies. I’ve recently started with the art therapy group and they’ve been really welcoming and helpful.

Really annoyed that the partners input or even being invited to meetings about putting my gf of 6 years on new meds that make her worse and I have no say also the head Dr that prescribes doesn't even listen to her , it's put a huge strain on my wellbeing with everything I'm going to due to my sister passing of cancer and a totally unknown man is controlling my gfs meds and no way to talk to this man Dr sueman because we'll hello I have to live with her everyday, and the new pills are making her worse plus since on these her blood tests are coming back bad ,and now possible stomach tumor and infection. Pathetic excuse of a service! Don't waste your time. They aren't interested in you or your health - you are nothing but a problem to them that they want to get rid of the quickest and easiest way possible. Rude people who aren't interested in you and manage to make it all your fault when you point out what is wrong. Don't ever answer the phone l, I've phoned 10x today over 45mins, and it wasn't answered once! This is the number that I was given for the duty team when I'm struggling!!! Great lot of help they are! Don't waste your time or energy on this useless place!!!🤬🤬

Medically negligent and non-existent support. Would give 0 stars if I could. Can't afford to go private so am stuck without support or therapy. Lies, judgement and misdiagnosis. Trust has gotten worse and worse, and it was bad to begin with. Manager is extremely rude and most doctors don't seem to care about anything other than getting you out of the room or off the phone as soon as possible. If you can change teams/Trust, do it. Nice staff quickly move to other trusts & you never see the same person twice.

They will be responsible for my death, not recording my phone calls, trying to blame me, refusing to correct their mistakes, absolute medical negligence.

The doctors don't seem to care at all and will do everything to get you out of their room. The receptionists can be rude. What is the point in having a phone number that opens at 9AM if you never answer it. I genuinely feel sorry for some of the care coordinators who seem stuck between a rock and a hard place. 0/5 for medical care but 2 stars because someone is trying somewhere.
