We decided to pop in for a late breakfast/early lunch at 11.30am and enquired if they were still serving breakfast as their menu stated breakfast finished at 11.30 and lunch started at 12pm. We were told breakfast had finished so lunch menu only. The waiter then came back with breakfast menus as unbeknownst to us, he had asked his manager if they could run over. We waited 20mins and one of us preferred to have lunch. The manager came over to take our order, we asked if could order from lunch as well. We received an abrupt NO, she was rude taking our order and snatched the menus away, yet on the adjoining table, they were allowed to order from lunch menu. Our food was dumped in front of us and the second we finished, the lady manager came over, rudely cleared our table within seconds and threw our bill down. No one came to take payment so we went up to the bar where 4 members of staff were chatting away and didn't even bother to acknowledge us so we left the bill on the bar. We were made to feel so unwelcome and troublesome after what had been a wonderful visit to Windsor. Customer service severely needs to be addressed in this establishment.

We went here for lunch on Easter Saturday and were unfortunately underwhelmed by both the service and food. Our order was taken quickly, but then we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food (2 Croque Monsieur, one soup and one kids meal). If the restaurant had been packed then I could have understood, but it really wasn't - despite Windsor being almost as busy as I have ever seen it. There was no explanation for the delay, it just seemed like we had been forgotten. They did offer a reduction to the bill at the end, but we would have preferred to pay the full price and had better service. The food when it came was fine, but nothing special.
