Ok the staff are great!!! what is not great the lack of equipment. Their printing machine doesn’t print out peoples return labels. Which is silly since it’s a post office. It can only print out copies of things. It can print these things out, but only if there was someone to set it up. This needs sorting as times are changing and the Cottingham community need to be able to have access to these services.

Very friendly and helpful assistant made my visit much more pleasurable than I'd previously experienced when updating my driving licence at a different post office.

The bold guy with glasses is extremely rude to customers!!!! Rolling his eyes and telling my wife she was having a laugh for something that wasn't quite packaged correctly. Get some manners!

VERY disappointed on this branch! The staff on the post office today was rude and arrogant! She opened the store late. Greeted customers with B**** face. If you don't love what you are doing, you can leave if you like. You are in customer service so I bet she should know better.Thanks. :(

Staff are so slow with Ques out the door. Staff don't seem to care about customer service and have openly complained to customers that they are on minimum wage.

It's a good little post office. I've always found the staff helpful. Can be a bit of a wait when it gets busy, but that's true of any branch.

Have just returned from the post office having been referred to as 'uneducated' by one of the members of staff (the blonde one working at 2.45pm on 10 Sep 2020). Queuing in the post office, keeping 2m apart and wearing a mask we were informed that there can only be six people in the post office at any one time and should queue outdoors. Not a problem, we move outside. Upon coming back into the post office the blonde one is muttering loudly to another customer and complaining about there being too many people in and that they are selfish and uneducated. I take offence to this for a number of reasons besides the obvious one. 1. I couldn't see any sort of notice limiting the number of people in the shop. 2. Because of the layout it is impossible to see how many people are in there anyway. 3. I'm unclear where it is a policy of either the post office or wider government to allow only 6 people in a shop at any one time. 4. Given education is a necessity in the UK I'm probably more ill-educated than uneducated. Anyway pretty disgusted with the employee and will be writing to the manager.
