Our experience was positive to start with . After 9 months we knew we would be selling our motorhome so I decided the right thing was to tell Mr Calver we would not be renewing tjis was 3 months away before renewal was due. To my dismay Mr Calver immediately cancelled our entry fob and put another vehicle in our space . I genuinely thought he was a nice guy but nice guys don't do this . He also refused to give our £30 fob deposit back . Beware this guy is not your friend you are a meal ticket . Total cost to us £780.00 for a 9 month rental period . You have been warned !! I have given 2 stars as genuinely its z mice secure storage depot but it has left me feeling very cheeted by someone I felt was a genuine guy. Maybe its me I am too nice and wouldn't dream of pulling a stunt like this on Someone.

They lied to us when we first went there, saying we could get a refund after we left if they were able to re let our space. We left, they let our space, and then we were told “we never give refunds”. Unhelpful when we turned up 5 mins before their closing time and found the gates locked. They refused to unlock the gates. Would never recommend them. Unhelpful und untrustworthy.
