Yousra is amazing and the only one who knows what she doing lol. I’ve been doing laser at Canova London for around a year and have had 4 different therapists. They are the worst, I got burnt, enhanced hair growth; they were so unprofessional and clearly were not trained. I wasn’t going to come back until I met Yousra who helped my journey with my body hair so much. She understood how to work with my hair and I have actually seen crazy results with her. She also made me feel comfortable with myself unlike other therapists who were rude and would make weird comments. If you’re thinking about coming here, book Yousra or just avoid this place entirely lol. Would give the clinic a 1 star rating but Yousra a 5 for sure.

Having had two successful morpheus8 treatments under the previous owner, I was optimistic about my latest visit. However, to my dismay, the change in management proved to be detrimental to my skin. During my previous visits, I had achieved excellent results, leaving me satisfied and confident in the clinic's expertise. Unfortunately, my latest treatment with the new owner turned out to be a nightmare. The technician mishandled the procedure, resulting in severe damage to my skin. I now bear the burden of unsightly scars, open pores, and pigmentation which have significantly impacted my self-esteem. To make matters worse, the clinic has refused to take responsibility for the damage inflicted upon my skin. Despite their professional obligations, they have shown a complete lack of accountability and empathy towards my situation. This has left me feeling frustrated and helpless, as it seems no one is willing to rectify the damage caused by their negligence. I want to caution others against seeking treatments at this beauty clinic under its new management. While my previous experiences were positive, the recent change in ownership has resulted in a substantial decline in the quality of services offered. The clinic's unwillingness to accept responsibility for the harm caused only serves to reinforce their lack of professionalism and concern for their clients' well-being.
